Privacy notice

This page explains which personal data www.ahpostudio.it collects, why, for how long and what your rights are, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Data you send us

If you fill in the “Start a project” form we collect your name, email address and the project description you write. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the data contained in the message (for example name, phone number or email address).

Technical browsing data

Like any website, the servers hosting it record technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and time. We do not use them to identify or profile you.

3. Why we use them and on what legal basis

• Replying to your request and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing any work we agree on: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations, such as tax requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Running the website and protecting it from abuse: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep them

Requests that do not become a project are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. If we work together, we keep the data for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by law (for example 10 years for tax records).

5. External services that process data

To run the website we rely on these providers, who process data only for the service indicated:

• Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and delivery.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – forwarding of form messages to our email.
• Register S.p.A. – email service for info@ahpostudio.it.
• WhatsApp (Meta) – only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp; in that case WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, for example in the United States, with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. It only saves the language you choose (Italian or English) in your browser’s storage, to remember it on your next visit. It is technical data, it is not sent to anyone and you can delete it from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to processing or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to info@ahpostudio.it. We reply within 30 days.

If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. Changes

This notice may be updated if the services used by the website change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
