Terms of service

These terms govern the websites built by AHPO Studio. By accepting one of our proposals, the client also accepts these terms. If the proposal contains different conditions, those in the proposal apply.

1. Who we are

2. Who our services are for

Our services are intended exclusively for businesses, professionals and other clients acting in the course of their business or profession. We do not sell to private consumers.

3. The service

We build a custom website according to the proposal accepted by the client. The base offer includes:

• website design, animation and development;
• domain and hosting for the first year;
• on-page SEO: meta tags, structured data, sitemap and performance;
• privacy-friendly analytics;
• contact via quote request or direct WhatsApp;
• the website copy.

4. How the agreement is made

The client sends us a brief, we prepare a proposal and the client reviews it. The agreement is made when the client accepts the proposal in writing, including by email or WhatsApp.

5. Revisions

Up to 2 rounds of refinements are included before launch. Further changes before launch are agreed separately.

6. Price and payment

The price of the base offer is €699 as a one-time payment, covering the first year. Payment is made in full when the website is published. The proposal states the final amount and any applicable tax treatment.

7. Materials provided by the client

The client provides us with information about their business and any materials to be used on the website, such as logos, photos and documents. The client guarantees they have the right to use them and remains responsible for their content.

8. Domain and hosting

The domain is always registered in the client’s name. AHPO Studio manages it technically, together with the hosting, for the whole period covered by the service.

9. Support and changes after launch

• First 30 days: changes included, major ones too.
• Remaining 11 months: 2 minor changes per month included. Unused changes don’t carry over to the next month.
• Minor changes: text, photos, prices, opening hours, contact details and small tweaks to existing sections.
• Major changes: new pages or sections, changes to layout or design, new features. These, and anything beyond the 2 monthly changes, are agreed separately.

10. After the first year

Renewing hosting, domain management and support is optional. Before expiry we tell the client the renewal price. If the client decides not to renew, we hand over the website files and help with transferring the domain, which remains theirs.

11. Use of the website

After payment, the client may freely use the website for their business.

12. Third-party services

The website relies on third-party services, such as the domain registry, hosting, email and WhatsApp, which have their own terms. We are not liable for interruptions or changes to these services that are beyond our control.

13. Results and liability

Every website includes the technical foundations to be found, but nobody can guarantee Google rankings or commercial results. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court of the place where AHPO Studio is based.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Work already accepted is governed by the version in force when the proposal was accepted.
